Strength – carbide nut forming die has very high strength for a material and is extremely hard and rigid.
Heat Resistance- carbide nut forming die get highly heat resistance. So it is very valuable in applications in high temperature situation about 1000°F in oxidizing atmospheres and to 1500°F in non-oxidizing atmospheres.
Impact Resistant –The impact resistance of carbide nut forming die is high for such a hard products with high rigidity.
Wear-Resistance – carbide nut forming die gets higher wear resistance than steel in conditions including abrasion, erosion and galling.
