- Order confirmation triggers preparation of RTP powder using wet-grinding machines
- Trial pressing and sintering with mold verification using micrometers and projectors
- Bulk production with pressing of raw materials into shaped blanks
- Semi-finished inspection before sintering
- Sintering process using 10 sets of vacuum sintering furnaces and 2 sets of HIP equipment
- Final inspection and optional cleaning/tumbling for enhanced appearance
- Grinding to tolerance of +/-0.05mm as per customer requirements
