Production Process
- Upon order confirmation, prepare RTP powder using wet-grinding machines according to customer specifications
- Conduct trial pressing and sintering with each mold, verifying appearance and dimensions with precision measuring instruments
- Bulk production with raw materials pressed into shaped blanks, all undergoing semi-finished inspection
- Sinter blanks to finished products (HIP process) with comprehensive finished product inspection
- Cleaning/tumbling for improved appearance and optional grinding to tolerance of ±0.05mm
