Tungsten Carbide Hard Metal YG8 Wire Drawing Die
Tungsten carbide (WC/TC), also known as cemented carbide, hard metal or widia, is a metal matrix composite where tungsten carbide particles serve as the aggregate and metallic cobalt acts as the matrix. This non-oxidizing ceramic maintains exceptional hardness comparable to corundum or sapphire while withstanding high temperatures.

- Bulk production with raw material pressing into shaped blanks and semi-finished inspection
- Sintering blanks to completion (HIP process) and final product inspection with 10 vacuum sintering furnaces and 2 HIP units ensuring optimal quality and production capacity
- Final processing including cleaning/tumbling for appearance and precision grinding according to customer tolerance requirements
